Holi, the festival of colours is a joyous festival in India that brings people together. Celebrate Holi in a new avatar this year by opting for a lakeside Pawana camping near Lonavala. The lake, a popular eco-tourism spot, is an ideal place to unwind with friends and family and unite in the spirit of equality that celebrates the victory of good over evil.

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Pawana Camping - Check In

Reach our camp location at 4 pm according your preferred mode of transport. Please note that transportation to and from the camp will have to be managed by you. Our team will help you get settled. Evening tea and snacks will be provided.

You can spend the evening strolling along the beautiful lake admiring the natural surroundings or by playing games such as cricket, volleyball, chess, carrom or badminton. You can gauge your focus by participating in archery and competing with your friends.

We will be organizing a pyre in the evening for Holika Dahan – an ancient tradition that reminds us of Holika’s fate and commemorates the victory of good over evil. Post the ritual, you can enjoy at the campsite with music and a do-it-yourself barbeque with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The barbeque rations will be limited and distributed equally among all. Unlimited dinner will be served post the festivities and fun. Retire to your tents post dinner to enjoy a good night’s rest.

Day 2 - Pawana Camping - Check Out

Wake up refreshed and enjoy local breakfast. Get ready to splash each other with coloured water and powders yelling ‘HoliHai!’ Soak in the festive spirit along with colourful hues and shrieks of merriment as you celebrate Holi with your loved ones and newly made friends at the camp.

Freshen up post the celebrations by 11.30 am and bid a happy good-bye as you travel back home with colourful memoriesand loads of fun.

INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS

INR 1200 + 5% GST

Children (5 – 10 years)  INR 800 +5% GST

There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.

Inclusions

  • Evening tea and snacks, dinner, limited barbeque and breakfast for the next morning
  • Organizing HolikaDahan ritual
  • Colours and water for playing Holi
  • Tented accommodation on sharing basis along with bedding, pillows and blankets
  • Complimentary activities like badminton, volleyball, chess, carrom, cricket and archery
  • Music set-up and campfire
  • First-aid kit

Exclusions

  • Traveling to and from the campsite
  • 5% GST charges
  • Personal expenses
  • Miscellaneous expenses over and above those mentioned under ‘Inclusions’

Cancellation Policy

  • 75% of the total paid amount would be refunded in case of a cancellation that occurs 15 days before the camp date
  • 50% of the total paid amount would be refunded in case of a cancellation prior to 10 days of the camp date
  • No refund will be provided in case a cancellation is made less than 10 days before the commencement of the camp

THINGS TO CARRY

  • Photo identity proof such as PAN card or driving license
  • Kindly carry a pair of warm clothing to wear at night
  • Carry an extra blanket in case you are prone to feeling too cold. We only provide one blanket per person
  • Mosquito repellentand any other cosmetics that you may require
  • Compulsorily carry a torch with an additional pair of batteries
  • An extra pair of clothes and shoes
  • Personal medication in case you are suffering from any health disorders

RULES & FAQ

  • Avoid carrying valuables like jewellery, laptops and expensive watches. We will not be responsible for any loss of personal property
  • Use of hookah, weed or any other drugs is strictly prohibited. Such items are not allowed at the campsite
  • Do not smoke or use a lighter or a matchstick inside the tents. It may cause a fire
  • Remove your footwear outside the tent to keep it clean and hygienic
  • Inflammable items and weapons of any kind are not allowed in the camp
  • Any damage caused to the campsite property by a guest will be needed to be reimbursed by the guest
  • All the guests must follow the camp rules
  • Instructions of the camp leader will be final and are needed to be adhered to at all times
  • Kindly avoid wasting food
  • No deprecating comments on fellow camp members or organizers
