To avail the services offered at Small Steps Adventures, you must agree to the following terms and conditions:
Please read the term and conditions carefully. While using any current or future services offered by Small Steps Adventures, whether or not included in Small Steps Adventures, you will abide by these Terms & conditions the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
1. All cancellations must be intimated to our head office on phone followed by a written confirmation via email. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘Cancellation Request’.
2. If cancellation done prior to 15 days of outing 75% will be refunded.
3. If done prior to 10 days of outing 50% will be refunded.
4. After that no refund will be provided.
5. If Entire event cancelled by Small Steps Adventures, then refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of informing to the customer about cancellation of event.
5. Refunds initiated will be credited to the account/card from where the transaction had initiated.
6. Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 10 days of the day of cancellation request approved by Small Steps Adventures

1. Small Steps Adventures reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Services at any time and without prior notice.
2. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or via the Services or provide you with notice of the modification.
3. Any changes will become effective immediately upon your acceptance of the modified Terms, whether by, without limitation, creating a Listing or requesting the booking of a Group Tour. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Services.
